Welcome, friends!

This blog is about living life fully and beautifully in the face of challenges. I thought I’d start the ball rolling with a little list I wrote last winter, when I was gamifying my life with SuperBetter and doing a lot of hard thinking about self-care.

Savor the sensuous nature of physical existence.
Affirm and celebrate your capabilities.
Compassionately honor your body’s limitations.

Weave a vibrant web of interpersonal connections.
Challenge yourself to meet new people and try new things.
Learn to listen well and deeply.

Awaken.
Write.
Grow.
