Do a Body Good

Sometimes it’s good to get back to basics when we’re maintaining good habits and tossing out the ones we don’t want anymore. So let’s take some time to work on taking good care of our bodies this month! This challenge offers a chance to build physical resilience.

Daily:

Eat a nourishing food

Drink lots of water! (make a checklist for the number of glasses per day that is your goal, if you want)

Get some fresh air (go for a walk, open a window, or just pay attention to your breathing)

Reflection:

A classic, always good and enjoyed by the guild! (Go drink some water, friends!)
