Building a Foundation for Sleep

Here in the Northern Hemisphere, we’re winding down towards the dark of the year. So, in the spirit of taking the best possible care of our bodies and minds, I would like to focus this month on something incredibly important to good health that is a tremendous struggle for many of us: promoting healthy sleep habits. This challenge offers a chance to take good care of yourself and build powerful physical resilience.

Daily:

Turn off electronics half an hour before bedtime

Go to bed on time

To Do:

Make up your bed with fresh, clean sheets

Tidy your room

Take a nap

Write down a dream
